Installation policy on equipment not purchased from Twin Lakes Avionics:

Twin Lakes Avionics guarantees our work and will warrantee our work performed however;

If a component is defective Twin Lakes Avionics will remove and replace the component, removal and replacement labor associated with defective equipment will be billed at normal shop rate. You will have to seek reimbursement from the seller or the manufacturer (most manufacturers do not cover removal and replacement costs).

Time spent obtaining Return Authorization, packaging, and any duties associated with returning a unit for repair or exchange will be billed at normal shop rates.

Any and all shipping costs associated with returning any parts for warranty will be billed to you. We simply can not afford to pay shipping on products acquired elsewhere.

Twin Lakes Avionics does keep a large supply of components on the shelf, however we can not exchange a new product for a used defective product acquired elsewhere.
